Delivery & Returns


Deliveries made next day are subject to a completed order by midday. The next day delivery is subject to limitations made by the manufacturer on availability.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please check all packaging for damage, once signed for the delivery cannot be returned as damaged.

Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time, although you will be notified when your goods are due to be dispatched.

Any delivery that is damaged must be refused and signed as damaged. Please contact us and we will get a replacement sent to you that day if possible.

Free delivery is for UK mainland only, if delivery is outside this area we will contact you and additional delivery times and charges may be made. Certain areas on UK mainland maybe subject to extended delivery times.

Whilst we try our best to adhere to the delivery times given, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays that may occur at any stage in the supply chain.

All deliveries will only be made to the registered payment address, this is to protect you and us from credit card fraud.

Deliveries can be made to:
Kerbside (not indoors),
Delivered and placed in location 
Delivered and fitted.
These options can be chosen at check-out and are made subject to the manufacturer of the safe. For any delivery other than kerbside the customer will be required to complete a detailed delivery/ installation form. Please return this to us as soon as possible to avoid delaying delivery.

Where delivered and placed or delivered and fixed options are chosen they apply to ground floor only with a step only over the door threshold. Any installation or positioning other than this may be subject to an additional charge. We will contact you with any additional charge once the installation form has been returned to us.

Important Delivery Information:

We regret that in the event of an aborted delivery an additional 10% of the purchase price will automatically be charged to your account.

An Aborted Delivery is generally caused by incorrect delivery instructions such as inaccessible doorways and corridors, more steps/stairs than filled out on the delivery form or out of service lifts (please call us asap if you find lifts are out of order and we should be able to re-arrange delivery before incurring an additional charge).

Providing we have the correct information we should always be able to avoid an aborted delivery.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
You may return your safe to Southern safe shop for a refund by obtaining a return authorization number. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date. To return your safe please contact us to obtain a returns authorization form that must be completed in full and returned within 24 hours, either by email or post.
Please note returns are subject to the following conditions:
1. You must have obtained a return authorization number from us.
2. The product must be in “new” condition, with all the original packaging and with all manuals, leaflets and accessories.
3. You will receive a refund subject to our terms and conditions paragraph 4.
4. Goods returned to us without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the original purchaser via their selected delivery agent.
Safes will be returned to Southern safe shop or their named agent, which will be stated on the returns authorization form.
Any postage & packaging costs will be incurred by the purchaser and are not subject to a refund.
Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.


If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate. Please contact us via email or telephone if you feel your purchase is faulty.
